Gongora sphaerica Jenny

Rudolf Jenny named this taxon in 1993 in his book on Gongora. It was originally placed in the section Truncata. However, the “S” shaped hypochile base, clearly puts it in the section Gratulabunda. It is quite a vigorous grower once established.
